Saroj Kumar Yadav is a highly skilled Platform Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and operating large-scale distributed services. He has a Master's degree in Data Science AI/ML and is proficient in Java, GoLang, SQL, NoSql, Caching, Docker, and Kubernetes. Currently, Saroj works as a Staff Software Engineer at Intuit, where he is responsible for engineering Connected Identity Platform and enabling seamless integrations with partners and acquisitions. He is also redefining the OAuth Platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of scalability and resilience. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at Intuit, Saroj redefined Quickbooks Signin, User Management, and SignUp capabilities to distributed, highly scalable, resilient, and event-driven microservices. He also worked on the scalability of hotel search, channel manager's integration with Makemytrip, and replaced MySQL with Couchbase, defining a migration strategy. Before joining Intuit, Saroj worked at Makemytrip as a Senior Software Engineer, where he designed and developed VCC microservice, integrated with MasterCard to generate Virtual Credit Cards. He also defined PAH capability for Affiliate partners and redefined Hotel Bookings Modification System and Booking Cancellation Engine. Saroj designed and developed partner integration with synxis for hotel supply and used GoLang for APIs to expose data to consumers. Saroj holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and has completed his Master's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
